Squash ADHD focuses on building mentally and emotionally fit people on and off court.

Do you have ADHD?

Playing squash puts us under pressure. When we are under pressure our negative tendencies get the best of us. If you find it hard to focus, are impulsive, or have a hard-time when you get upset, you might have ADHD.

Take the first step towards a healthier you and take our brief quiz to see if you may benefit from diagnosis & treatment.

Does your child have ADHD?

Squash is great for kids with ADHD, but off court ADHD can create chaos for kids and parents. If your child has a hard-time focusing, is aloof on court, or can’t calm down after playing, they may have ADHD.

Take this short quiz to see if your child might have ADHD.
